Samples are $1.00 each. They are a 1/4 teaspoon in a labeled, sealed baggie. This is enough for 3-4 applications and definitely enough to tell if a color is right for you.
I recommend pouring your samples into a container large enough for your makeup brush to fit in comfortably, like a small bowl. This will help you get an even application on your brush and get a real feel for how it wears and how it looks on your skin.
